Together  Kathy Milton, ERA’s broker, daughter Lauren Milton, and son  Matt Milton form the Milton Team.  They work closely to provide their customers with the best service possible.  Their different personalities, skills, and backgrounds combine to form a unique dynamic.  Kathy’s extensive banking background and experience in economic development prove she can provide clients with an in-depth knowledge of the area. When she is not at work selling real estate, she is actively involved in the following: Board of Directors for First Capital Bank,  Chipola Regional Workforce Development Board, Big Bend Community Based Care, Inc., Chipola Area Board of Realtors, Gulf Coast Broker’s Council, Jackson County Chamber of Commerce, Altrusa International Club of Marianna, and First Presbyterian Church.  Likewise, Lauren is very involved in the community as well.  She is actively involved in the Marianna Arts Festival, the Chipola Area Board of Realtors, and is an Ambassador for the Chamber.  She is a recent graduate from  Florida  State  University with a Bachelors degree in Business Management.  Matt also returned to  Jackson  County to work in the real estate industry after graduating from the  University of  Florida.  He has been an active Realtor® now for almost 3 years.  Family is very important to the Milton's.  When they aren’t working, they enjoy riding horses, snorkeling in St.  Joe  Bay, or simply being together.  With over 14 years combined experience in real estate, good family values, and strong ethics, the Milton Team is sure to be your real estate team of choice.
